An excellent value no-nonsense location with simple Hungarian food varying in quality depending on quality depending on timing and luck. If you pick the right time you can get slow cooked beef in red wine sauce that matches the depth of flavour at restaurants three times as expensive. If you''re out of luck you will get several less than choice cuts, but the good value usually compensates. Don''t expect any airs and graces with the service. The waiting staff work very hard and if you''re ready with your order they will always be reasonably patient and courteous, but don''t expect fake New York smiles and ''banter''.
