The oldest sausage restaurant in the world no less, Zum Gulden Stern has been grilling bratwursts since 1419 so you can rest assured they've got it just right. As well as a charming interior and the aforementioned sausages, this place boasts some of the best sauerkraut in Germany. Highly recommended.
