If there's such a thing as industrial charm, this is where to find it; a fantastically designed restaurant with starkly modern and white furnishings contrasting with raw factory bricks, peeling paint and chains. The food served is imaginative gastronomy; in summer, Sage opens earlier to serve lunch on its riverside terrace with deckchairs and a beach bar.
