The Tartu Centre for Creative Industries is situated on Kalevi Street (at numbers 13, 15, and 17) and Lutsu Street (at numbers 5 and 3), which is also the location of the popula Antonius Courtyard concert venue. The center offers business incubation services and rental spaces for creative entrepreneurs. The Kalevi Street houses accommodate both budding and established creative businesses, with some designers even opening their studios for visits.
