The young, yet passionately experienced chef Alex pours his heart into the authentic magic: shatter-crisp pressure-cooked pork fillet with crackling skin, silky homemade wontons and noodles, tongue-tingling Sichuan and other regional flavours, rarities such as tea eggs, century eggs and soups that warm the soul. It's a proper Chinese culinary experience. Bloody good and affordale dining, worthy of the short trek from Old Town's stone walls.
