Certainly a dining delight, this authentic Neapolitan cellar-restaurant has been Italian-owned and operated since 2010, with skilled chefs from Italy bringing the flavours of home. They also feature a fresh, imported deli counter stocked with top-quality ingredients. The cosy, low-key Italian ambiance adds to its charm, making it feel like a hidden slice of Naples. The cuisine is equally impressive — our pizza was one of the best we’ve had in Tallinn. But there’s far more to discover here than just pizza. Pulcinella also offers a range of traditional Italian dishes and a surprisingly refined selection of seafood, inspired by the flavours of the Tyrrhenian Sea. In summer, enjoy it all on their charming terrace.

We visited Pulcinella two times this year, and have nothing bad to say. The atmosphere is very authentic Italian, and so were the dishes we tried. The pizzas are delicious, crusty but still soft. If you prefer pasta, try their ravioli!
