Vesper

Any place inspired by the grandeur of 1920s European hotels is absolutely fine by us. Vesper is one such establishment in Manchester, a wildly elegant cocktail bar that also serves up excellent Italian food on the side. Cocktails are available at a reduced price during the day, although drinking cocktails through the day can be somewhat dangerous, if memory serves. Still, this is a fantastic combination of style and substance.
