Trafford Centre

Massive, absolutely massive. The Trafford Centre was opened in 1998 to much excitement, enthusiasm that persists more than 20 years later. There are masses of shops inside but it might just be the food court that takes top billing — it is Europe’s largest after all. The Trafford Centre is also home to the UK’s busiest cinema. The X50 and 250 buses shuttle folk from the city centre to the mall, and a metrolink line was under construction at the time of writing.
