Not enough gig venues are located in Grade II listed buildings. The O2 Ritz is one such joint, found in a delightful 1920s building that spruced up at the beginning of the decade. Most major bands that are playing in town will stop here, with everyone from The Beatles to The Dead Kennedys having been here at some point in time. There are also weekly club nights.
