If you close your eyes and imagine an old fashioned English bookshop, you’re probably going to think of the place in Black Books. Try and do it again but with reality in mind, and you’ll come up with something close to Chorlton Bookshop. Those of you who are into the ‘smell of books’ will be in heaven, as literature fills the room and the air as only literature can. Wonderful.
