Matt Healy knows this, and the 2016 Masterchef runner-up has brought that mentality from the TV screen to his first restaurant, located in a beautiful red brick building in Holbeck. ‘Food to swear by’ is the mantra and you might find yourself using some colourful language in a lost attempt to convey just how these meals are. The dishes are simple and down to earth, but the sheer class of it all is undeniable.
