We’ve always found the refrain ‘Indian food’ to be a bit vague (although we do use it all the time), mostly because India is a ginormous country of hugely different people and cultures. Pushkar understands this, offering food from the north to the south, a little insight into the length and breadth of one of the world’s most influential countries. Its all rather tasty too.
