That old British boozer experience doesn’t come more genuine than The Pulteney Arms. Cider and ale rule the taps, but it is the top notch pub grub coming out of the kitchen that catches our eye (and our noses), a celebration of local produce and West Country quality. The Pulteney Arms has been in this game since the middle of 18th century and that experience shows. Don’t roll your eyes at the Black Pudding Salad — you might just be blown away.
