As a namesake of a very beautiful castle not too far from Copenhagen, this place has big shoes to fill, but it does not disappoint. Their menu is filled with excellent food, beef tartare with raspberries or smoked eel with scrambled eggs, are just some of the choices, and there is of course the traditional Danish smørrebrød.
