Dating from the second half of the 19th century, Magasin du Nord in the heart of Copenhagen is still a popular shopping centre. It is a marvelous building with five floors plus the basement where the food market is located. Whether you are interested in makeup, fashion, home décor or books, this large shopping centre has it all. Even if you don’t intend to buy anything, the place is worth a visit at least for its history.
