British chef Paul Day combines his love of fresh meat and nose-to-tail cooking with lots of fresh Asian flavours and spices from local Vietnamese markets. Lunch is al a carte while dinner is a set menu – don’t worry, lovely options for vegetarians too. Meals are served at communal tables and vary based on what was fresh that day. Their cocktails are nice too.
