This place attempts to give the Prague club scene a more cosmopolitan feel. It fails tremendously for outsiders. I lived in Prague and frequented Duplex. First, it NEVER has more than 20 or so people..ok maybe 75 on a really big nite. The cover is like 15 Euros when most clubs charge about 1/3 the price. The drinks were also very pricey. There are usually a few call girls posing as innocent students, baiting the foreign gentleman will to spend extra cash. I would rate the overall experience a 5. If you really want to see the cool, fashionable and attractive go to Celnice. I;d only advice Duplex as a place to checkout if you are in Prague for a week or so, but definitely DON'T waste a Friday or Saturdaym there are too many other options.
