Dinosaurs are also doing well at the Zoo. The fun and popular Dinopark features life-sized models of prehistoric animals, some of which even move and make sounds. The models precisely depict the anatomy and surface of dinosaur bodies. The largest model is of an Apatosaurus, a 23-metre long, 7-metre tall herbivore. The Dinopark also includes a 3D cinema, educational trail and children’s palaeontology playground where the youngest researchers and experience the basics of palaeontology work firsthand. Tickets to Dinopark are discounted when purchased together with tickets to the Pilsen Zoo.
