Soccer in Olomouc revolves around Sigma, the top division pride of the town. A strange club in many ways, Sigma seem to yo-yo between finishing in the top five and fighting relegation, depending on mood. The Hanáci only have one major trophy to their name, winning the 2012 Czech Cup by defeating Sparta Prague 1-0 in the final.
