Long overdue, Zadar’s first fully vegan and vegetarian restaurant is an utter delight. The food? Delicious, of course, with creativity and love found from the top of the menu to the bottom. That creativity extends to the names of the dishes too, all of which take their names from bizarre and unusual monikers found throughout the animal kingdom. Pigbutt Worm? Boops Boops? Dumbo Octopus? We’ll take one of everything, thanks.
