This teaching restaurant is the first of its kind in Sofia and offers the diner the opportunity to taste the finest of international cuisine whilst providing the final year students at the academy with valuable work experience.
Service and food are both excellent. A short menu offers gourmet cuisine with to-die-for desserts. The weekday lunch specials are good value for money but a bit limiting if you have any dietary restrictions. Throughout the month they have special culinary experience themed evenings including a Chef's Table every Friday and Saturday evening. Brunch on a Sunday until 3pm.
The restaurant moved out of town a few years ago to be next to the academy and the new building offers accommodation as well as a deli shop.
