‘Jezero’ is the Bosnian word for ‘lake’, and you don’t need to be a soothsayer to work out which natural attraction can be enjoyed at this restaurant, located 30 minutes or so southwest of Tuzla. Modrac is the lake in question, an artificial beauty that shimmers when the weather is just right, like all good lakes should. The food at Jezero leans to the contemporary side, at ease with the wooden decor and relaxed romantic atmosphere.
