We’re going to go ahead and bestow the ‘Best Coffee in Tuzla’ crown upon the deserving head of Hemingway Cafe. Cute as a button indoor seating is accentuated by a lovely outdoor terrace looking out onto the park, making this an ideal spot for an afternoon of people-watching (still the finest activity known to man). But it is the coffee that brings us coming back time and time again, the finest espresso in town made with passion and understanding.
