A real life time machine. Located just 30km south of Tuzla is Etno Avlija Mačkovac, an ethno village that will transport the visitor back to a simpler time for the Bosnian people, although we don’t now if we can really call the past a simpler time. Either way, this is a real Bosnian experience and then some, as authentic an ambience as you’ll find in this part of the country. The local museum contains more than 30,000 exhibits, telling the tale of these most marvellous people.
