It doesn’t get any more traditional than this. Šadrvan transports its customers back to the Ottoman days, albeit the Ottoman days if they came with modern day restaurants. This popular traditional restaurant is located at the exact point where the western-side of the Old Town divides, giving it an airy setting that is embellished by the old-fashioned clothing of the staff and the decidedly moreish qualities of the food. Šadrvan has long been popular with visitors to Mostar and it isn’t tough to understand why.
