From the good people at Los Rosales comes Lonato, a charming restaurant and lunchroom not too far from the centre of town. The restaurant is staffed entirely by people with disabilities, creating opportunities for some tremendously engaging and delightful young people, and serving up some excellent food in the process. Lonato deserves all of your attention.
