Open through the summer, Oscar was one of the first places we used to frequent back when Mostar first became our home. We’d go for the atmosphere primarily, but that would almost inevitable segue into a drink too many and wistful nights in the summer sun, thanking a variety of deities for our good luck in ending up in such a marvellous city. The cocktails are king, to say the least.
