There are plenty of restaurants in Mostar’s Old Town, but Hindin Han still manages to stand out above them all. This is a true local’s local, popular with Mostar natives and wide-eyed visitors alike, offering gigantic portions of quite spectacular cuisine in a most magical setting. Yes, that is a lot of compliments, but we’re still not entirely sure if we’ve done Hindin Han justice. Put mildly, if we don’t eat here once a month at least, we feel we have failed ourselves. The menu focuses on regional classics, with a decent dashing of more contemporary options.
