Cafes in Foča don’t come much more ‘next to the river’ than this. A friendly and unassuming spot at the very entrance to the city, the location of Portus is undoubtedly its greatest strength, although a decent selection of drinks (hot and cold) certainly help. Friendly staff too, which is always good.
