It might be one of the smallest cafes in town (there are just 20 seats spread across five tables, depending on your maths), but whoever said that bigger is better? Plato is a cheery spot on the main traffic drag in Foča, with a couple of large panoramic photos of the city leaving you in no doubt as to where you are. Draught beer is just 2km too.
