It doesn’t get any bigger than this folks. Perućica is the largest primeval rainforest in Europe, the single-biggest of its kind on the continent, and the dictionary definition of verdant beauty. There is a stunning range of flora and fauna hidden within the trees, but exploration of Perućica is only possible in the company of trained guides. The forest is practically impregnable at times, and not the sort of place you want to get lost in.
