Perhaps owing to its relatively large student population, Foča has a surprisingly bustling cafe scene for a town of its size. All of the establishments seem to be full too, which says a lot for the quality as well as the culture. All that is another way of saying that nobody will look at you funny if you decide to spend your entire day sipping coffee after coffee after coffee.
