Located in (you guessed it) the heart of old Banja Luka, Stara Banjaluka is a kafana with one foot in the past and the other firmly planted in the present. There is plenty of room and plenty of energy here, although it doubles up as a decent place for some traditional food before the party gets started. This place is certainly ‘jumping’ at the weekends, with live music a plenty and no small amount of booze-infused dancing.
