Named after the European Renaissance style in which the three dining halls inside this sumptuous restaurant are decorated, this stylish Minsk offering is located inside a former monastic printing house and provides a superb range of classy dishes for the discerning palate. Highly recommended is the fillet of lamb in brandy sauce, or why not take advantage of their unusual Happy Hour, which rather than the usual business lunch arrange simply knocks 30% of the à la carte menu. Recommended.
