Deliciously silly, this quirky and fun café-restaurant is littered with spoons (lozhki) on the walls and ceiling. A former much-loved café, it’s now home to a range of international dishes including the usual selection of grilled meat and Italian offerings. The waiters speak English and there’s rooms for those who smoke and those who don’t.
