Classy in a stilted, stifling sort of way, Europa tries just a little too hard to be elegant and sophisticated (we grimaced while watching a waitress struggle with one hand to open a plastic bottle of water balanced on a silver tray). Concentrate on the excellent food instead, such as the fried camembert with sesame and raspberry sauce, or the kebab with tiger prawns. The à la carte menu is pricey, although there’s a much cheaper, if very limited, set lunch option.
