Dear Elizabeth - i know its not your real nane - if you make comments like this they should be correctly.The problem with the colour was your wrong description - your hair were realy in a bad mood.The cut was such as you want it.And when you made a closer look at our prices you find the real prices. And the best part - i gave you all the money back.So if you ever think you get all that for nothing, then you are in the wrong country!Thanx for never coming to our salon again!

I had a horrible experience here, I left in tears. Stylist gave me highlights the first day that weren't even noticeable, my roots and all the out-growth were still completely visible. He was nice enough to say I could come back the next day and get heavier highlighting, which has resulted in my entire hair being yellow with a few small orange streaks. He kept saying it was what I wanted, but what I'd wanted was heavy highlights. It looks dyed one solid yellow color, not highlighted at all and certainly not any color that would occur naturally, as I'd told him I wanted. On top of that their prices don't correspond with the website; even with their additional fees for working with long hair (which mine hardly is anymore as he cut off way more than I asked for) I was overcharged by more than 2o euros and as I said, I left sobbing. Other women who came in during the time I was there had the same yellowish blonde style, so if otherworldly yellow-orange coloring is what you're looking for then this is the place for you.
