A permanent fixture at the lively Miami Marketta street food market on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday nights, the mobile wood-fired oven at Ciccio turns out crispy, piping hot, authentic Neapolitan-style pizzas that should be the envy of the vast majority of Italian restaurants in the city. In true Italian fashion, the tastiness of the pizzas comes from the use of simple yet high-quality ingredients, such as the famed Italian Caputo “00” flour, combined with the culinary know-how and experience of head chef Andrea Caroli. The philosophy of simplicity also extends to the menu, as there are only nine different options to choose from, all of which cost only $10.
