Opened in 1994 by evangelical missionaries who certainly know how to run a good (not-for-profit) café, this is one of Tirana’s best, a cosmopolitan meeting place for locals and foreigners alike, serving a wide variety of international cuisine. There’s a pleasant terrace to gorge on bottomless coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice and Eggs Benedict for breakfast.

Thank 8 pound, 6 ounce, sweet baby jesus for this place. Are you a foreigner in Tirana for an extended time? Are you bored of having cigarettes and coffee for breakfast?Come to the Stephen Center. They have real. Breakfast. Bacon Cheeseburgers. and CHOCOLATE MILKSHAKES.It was like I'd died and gone to heaven.
