Stepping inside this café, which is still known as Schober amongst locals, is like a trip back in time to the Belle Époque. The tables are scattered over a number of floors in this old townhouse and every storey is designed differently, from plush, red chairs and red-painted walls to simple design and huge murals. Take a seat and let the waiter serve you coffee or hot chocolate with one of the sinful sweets from the display cabinet by the entrance. The Schober family left the business in 1975 and since then the place has been run by a special foundation that creates workplaces for socially or physically challenged people.
