Just one of the many cafés located on this pleasant square, Orloff is an especially good lunch café to be in during the summer when the terrace reaches around the corner and guarantees sun all day long. Not unlike some of Utrecht's other establishments, this one functions as some sort of living room for people who can afford to spend an entire day in a café with pleasant background music, great coffee and lots of newspapers and magazines.
