In summer the terrace is a hangout for the countless urban professionals and their young children who live in this upscale neighbourhood. However, throughout the year, Oost is also a fairly successful local restaurant. Their 'sam-sam' concept (meaning something like 'sharing together') is a great find and it's possible to get half servings of appetisers and main courses for half the price. This allows you to try various dishes without having to empty your wallet. The decoration is minimalist and stylish, the service is very friendly and the food is generally good. Try the vegetarian lasagne.
