This bar has a retro chic feel, expressed mainly through some funny looking chandeliers and lamp shades and psychedelic wallpaper which doesn't quite do justice to its main purpose as a jazz and blues café. However, its peculiar sense of design shouldn't be a reason to walk past it. It's a fun place with friendly staff, a large variety of snacks to choose from with your beer and a small but heated outside seating area in a good part of town. Live music is available every first Sunday of the month. Oddly enough, due to its modest size, it doesn't accept groups of more than four people, so if you're out with lots of friends you might want to stagger your entrance.
