El Olivo

A restaurant that claims to serve ‘the best tapas in Utrecht’ clearly deserves an independent assessment by the delicate palates of our writers. In fact, our initial impression was excellent. The restaurant is stylishly furnished and located halfway down a cosy alleyway. Unfortunately, we were presented with a range of unimaginative servings of bland dishes during our anonymous visit. The blue cheese with figs were very tasty, but that's also a dish that can't be ruined.
