The best thing about this coffeeshop, which is very small and caters mainly to locals, is its cosy atmosphere. De Vipshop has a slightly Hawaiian or maybe Caribbean décor, as the counter is located beneath a kind of straw mini-roof, which might be the kind of thing you're looking for if you like to rub elbows with others and hopefully spark up an interesting conversation - as well as your joint. The selection of weed and hash is reasonable, but nothing special.
