For over two decades this American restaurant has been the place to go in Utrecht if you're like Uncle Sam's cuisine. It's a place for carnivores with large portions of deliciously sweet spareribs, grilled fish, chicken and all kinds of tender slabs of meat, including a massive T-bone steak. The somewhat kitschy décor won't win any awards, but the two monumental vaulted cellars certainly could. Things would be even better if only the young students on the staff would be a bit more attentive.
