You can experience authentic Spanish atmosphere near the lively Piushaven in Tilburg. Although the cosy restaurant isn’t obvious from the outside, it’s definitely worth going in. The interior has been divided into a bar area and a shop which is surrounded by low, beautiful ornamental fences that take up about a quarter of the space. Doncurado’s chief objective is to be a social meeting place for Tilburgers who appreciate good food and drink. You can enjoy a glass of wine and taste some typical Spanish snacks, but bear in mind that it’s not really a place for a traditional three-course meal. However, if you choose enough delicious bruschettas, cheeses and meats, you’ll have no trouble satisfying your hunger. And there’s always the option of taking home everything you’ve tasted from the shop.
