The main attraction of this beach bar is its close proximity to the runway of the biggest airport on the island. Although that may sound a bit dodgy, it's actually great fun to see these huge aircraft landing and taking off nearby from the bar or the comfort of your chair. Just make sure you don't get too close to the fence when the massive jets take off or you could literally be blown away. All arrivals are written on the chalkboard attached to the surfboard so you don't miss a single plane. The nearby beach is a great place to chill out and if you're not a thrill seeker or aviation enthusiast, the bar gets packed at the weekend for live music. And although the pizzas aren't cheap, it's probably the only place in the world where you can order a Pizza KLM, Winair, US Airways or one of the other ten airlines that service the island.
