This purely vegetarian place is a great option for people who appreciate what they eat, instead of how much they consume and is ironically located near one of its arch-enemies, Burger King. And although we have to admit that we are true carnivores, you won't miss the meat when having lunch or dinner here. Whatever you choose from the ever-changing daily menu, you're guaranteed that all of the ingredients are healthy and fresh. Friendly owner Ras Bushman literally welcomes her gusts with open arms in her ultra cool place decorated with posters and other Rastafarian accoutrements. The Ital Shack is the embodiment of an organic lifestyle, but if you need convincing have a look at the library, which offers countless books about the medicinal plants, flowers and berries that are used in the juices, patties, soups and rotis served here. We highly recommend this one-of-a-kind experience.
