If you're new in town, it’s handy to know that Taloula Mangos is also known as the Blue Bitch Bar. Nothing beats the view from upstairs where you'll be afforded one of the best sunsets available on St. Maarten. If you're curious about it's odd name, it has nothing to do with misogynistic sexists. It actually refers to the shiny pieces of rock that litter the island. The bar not only boasts a great location right on the boardwalk, but it also happens to serve a great selection of food from its extensive menu. Delicious salads and tasty snacks like conch fritters, jerk chicken and Gouda sticks are a great place to start, but don't forget to try a frozen mango daiquiri, an Amazing Grace or a shot of homemade Blue Bitch Rum, which actually tastes much better than it sounds.
